Pipes property management rental criteria

copy of a valid photo ID (military ID, Passport, State Issued Driver's license or State issued ID cards)
Minimum 650 verifiable credit score
Provide current verification of employment and proof of salary/wages at a 3:1 income:rent ratio
No dogs of restricted breeds: pit bull, rottweiler, or mix of either
Must be be able to provide positive rental reference from the prior 24 months
For student housing the credit score and proof of income requirements may be waived
